We work closely with LUXEVILLA Residential as our primary design partner, offering a fully integrated design-build experience. Clients may also work with a designer or architect of their choice. Third-party design coordination is available and may include an additional management fee depending on scope and complexity.

We also coordinate luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, low-voltage security, and smart home systems as required by the project.

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand project goals, site conditions, scope, and feasibility. This step ensures alignment before design, estimating, or permitting begins.
Estimation
Our estimates are built on real construction data, material availability, and project complexity. We focus on accuracy, transparency, and realistic expectations.
Agreement
Once scope and pricing are aligned, we formalize the project through a clear construction agreement outlining responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
Planning & Permitting
We coordinate planning, construction documentation, and required permits in compliance with Arizona and local jurisdiction requirements. Constructability and code compliance are addressed upfront.
Final Scope
Before production begins, all selections, specifications, and scope details are finalized to protect schedule integrity and budget control.
Material Procurement
We source materials through vetted U.S.-based manufacturers and specialty suppliers, including custom cabinetry, epoxy flooring systems, architectural hardware, luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and low-voltage systems for security and smart home integration.
Production
Construction is executed with professional trade coordination, quality control, and active project oversight. This includes custom homes, high-end remodels, additions, and investment-focused projects such as multi-family conversions, fix-and-flip properties, and small residential developments.
Delivery
We complete final walkthroughs, address punch-list items, and verify systems to ensure the project meets agreed specifications and performance standards.
Project Closure
Projects are closed with proper documentation, approvals, and a clean handoff. Our process is designed to leave no loose ends.
